This Privacy Policy is an integral part of the User Agreement of the Site and applies to all information, including personal data of the User, received by the Administration of the Site in the process of the User's work with the Site, execution of the User Agreement and agreements between the Administration of the Site and the User. Use of the Site means unconditional consent of the User with this Privacy Policy and the conditions of processing of his personal data specified in it; in case of disagreement with these conditions the User should refrain from using the Site.

1. PERSONAL DATA

By providing in any form (registration on the Site, making orders, subscription to advertising mailings, etc.) their personal data to the Administration of the site, the User agrees to the processing of personal data by the Administration of the site in accordance with the Federal Law "On Personal Data" of 27.07.2006 № 152-FZ.
3. Processing of personal data is carried out for the purpose of execution of the User Agreement and other agreements between the Site Administration and the User.
4. Processing of personal data is carried out exclusively on the territory of the Russian Federation, in compliance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
5. The User's consent to the processing of his personal data is given to the Administration of the site for the period of fulfilment of obligations between the User and the Administration of the site under the User Agreement or other agreements between the User and the Administration of the site.
6. In case of withdrawal of the consent to processing of the User's personal data, the User shall notify the Website Administration in writing or by e-mail. Upon receipt of this notification, the Site Administration stops processing of the User's personal data and deletes it.
7. The site does not have the status of personal data operator. Personal data of the User are not transferred to any third parties, except as expressly provided for in this Privacy Policy.
8. MEASURES TO PROTECT PERSONAL DATA
9. In its activities the Administration of the site is guided by the Federal Law "On Personal Data" dated 27.07.2006 № 152-FZ.
10. Administration of the site takes all reasonable measures to protect the personal data of Users and respects the rights of subjects of personal data, established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

Protection of User's personal data is carried out using physical, technical and administrative measures aimed at preventing the risk of loss, misuse, unauthorised access, breach of confidentiality and alteration of data. Security measures include firewalling and data encryption, control of physical access to data processing centres, and control of data access authorisations.
12. CHANGE OF PRIVACY POLICY
